  • A new option has been added to Settings > Options > Checkout to control whether a phone number is required at checkout.

  • There are two new options under Settings > Store Settings > POS to enable and require PO numbers. When enabled, there will be a button to add PO numbers to order products when editing an order in the admin dashboard or in the POS system. If the option to require PO numbers is on then PO numbers must be added before an order can be saved in the admin dashboard and before an order can be completed in the POS system.
  • The cart and order totals table will now show "Tax Exempt" for the tax if the customer had tax exemption at the time of the order. The tax exempt status will also be saved to the order record itself in case the customer's tax status changes later.
  • Order invoices are now editable in the POS system. A Print button has been added to the top of the invoice and shipping list pages.
  • A new option has been added to Settings > Store Settings > Options > Checkout > Show Labor Total. If enabled, the cost of labor will be displayed below an order's subtotal.
  • Labor costs can now be customized on the point-of-sale cart page.

  • Coupons can now be created as Instant Rebates under Orders > Coupons. Setting a coupon to act as an instant rebate will automatically apply the discount to a product without requiring customers to enter a code, and the original price will be displayed with a line through it to indicate the discount.
  • The UPS integration can now replace the XML/SOAP API with the new REST API. UPS will discontinue the XML/SOAP API service on June 3, 2024. Clients will be required to switch over by that date to continue using the UPS API.
  • Dollar amounts in reports are now rounded to two decimal places.
  • The Scheduled Reports page now has a button to immediately run scheduled reports for testing purposes.
  • The Stripe payment integration has been updated to use the latest package version.
